Got my car towed here after breaking down, I was told it was the engine and battery, they told me total costs of all the repairs would be around $10,000, my warranty only covers $3,500, so after talking with my family I was informed that’s extremely overpriced and that I can get it done and covered by my warranty somewhere else, the guy I was talking to at the other garage actually laughed when I told him how much they’re wanting. I still have to pay for the diagnostic to even get my car towed somewhere else which is going to be a decent financial blow given it’s an extra $200 which I understand having to pay for but this place charges entirely too much for seemingly everything after looking at reviews. There’s also multiple cases of people’s cars having issues that were not there when visiting this place. It’s also seeming like they’re overcharging women based on my experience and other reviews.

Overpriced, incompetent, liars! They left my vehicle in worse condition than when I brought it in. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I brought my Honda CRX in to have it serviced as I was having issues with my distributor. I told them this when I brought it in but it still took them two days to diagnose the issue, they also convinced me that I needed a new brake master cylinder despite my brakes working fine when I brought it in, I authorized this repair which was a big mistake, as when I got my car back the brakes no longer functioned, causing me to almost crash and injure myself. The car was in their own words "scary to drive". Why they returned it to me in this unsafe condition I have no idea. They tried to say the car was like that when I brought it in despite this being my daily driver. After bringing the vehicle back to fix their shoddy work, they then claimed that I needed a new brake booster which they said would be another $900, even though this part only cost about $100. I took it in to another auto shop for a second opinion, only to find out that my brake booster was completely fine, and the unsafe braking condition was due to the defective brake master cylinder that the

I had a flat tire and stopped by this shop, and they fixed it for me right away — and didn’t even charge me. I was honestly so surprised. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. You can really tell they care about their customers, not just the business. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be coming back here for anything related to my tires, and I’ll be recommending this place to my friends too. Truly appreciate the kindness — thank you again!

Kody & Sun Auto are the best! I’ve bought snow tires from them & had multiple patches put on tires. Super friendly customer service & affordable pricing. They get things done as fast as or faster than promised. The best in the neighborhood, I’d send any friend here.

I had a great experience with Sun Auto Tire and Service. The staff was very friendly. I was kept up to date on the progress in a timely fashion. My work was completed without issue in a timely fashion. And the price was great. I had gotten quotes for tires from another company that I have used for many years and they beat the cost by over 33%. Very happy to have used them.
